Refund Policy

 

  1.  We do not offer refunds if you change your mind about your purchase so please
    read the description of item carefully before purchasing.

  2. If your product arrives damaged, we require photo evidence of the condition it
    arrives in. We can discuss a replacement or a refund. Please note that we would
    never send you damaged goods and we make sure our products are packed well
    to get to you in good condition. Occasionally damage may happen through no
    fault of our own in transit. Goods must be returned to us before we can resend or
    issue a refund.

  3. Tickets for workshops are non refundable unless cancelled by the organiser but you are welcome to sell on or gift ticket to another person in the event you are unable to attend.
